The return of products or the exchange, must be, (after express agreement and visa of the commercial delegate as well as the customer), established on the specific forms of the supplier. No exceptions will be made and without this agreement, the package will be refused. The return of goods means exclusively in the initial states, that is to say in good condition with case. No return postage will be accepted.

Alpine Eyewear Goggles are hand finished with great attention to detail. If you wish to change your frame, you have 10 days after receipt to return it to us in its original packaging with the accessories and receive an equivalent frame of your choice. Only the transport costs remain your responsibility.

Returns :

If you are not satisfied with your frame, we will reimburse you upon receipt of the frame in its original packaging with its accessories.
